Design/Build Type Projects
Enfiled works with you from pre-construction to completion – integrating and streamlining the design, engineering and installation of your control systems. One of the primary benefits of the design/build method is that it provides for the earliest commitment of guaranteed cost and delivery. Enfiled has a skilled staff of estimators with a wide variety of construction experience prepare the estimates for proposed projects. If the cost begins to exceed the established budget, alternatives can be offered to bring the project back within the desired budget.
Direct to Owner Retrofits & Integration
Enfiled has performed large occupied controls retrofits with minimal disturbance to the occupants of the building. Enfiled works with you and your staff to determine the age and status of your existing control components to determine the most cost-effective solution that meets your goals. In most cases by using open protocols like BACnet and Tridium/Niagara, many of your existing controllers and sensors can be reused.
